The expansion project for the Algonquin Residence was to increase the size of the garage and the kitchen at the back of the house. The proposed intervention consisted of an addition of surface area on the ground floor as well as the installation of a terrace for one of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor.

The project also involved major redevelopment work inside the residence, such as the renovation of the kitchen and 3 bathrooms.

The project schedule was a major challenge that the team met with rigor and excellence.
