Located in the heart of the Notre-Dame-de-Grace district, very close to services and schools, the existing residence had a lot of character but did not meet the needs of customers. We were therefore mandated to review all the interior spaces and designed a lateral extension on a portion of the land belonging to them in order to create an exceptional residence adapted to the lifestyle of the owners.
